Pastor Steven graduated from Life Christian University where he earned his Ph. D. in Theology. He has ministered in the United States., State and Federal prisons and Mexico. He and his wife Linda are the founders of Victory Worship Bible Church in Prescott Valley, Arizona. They are committed to teaching the body of Christ how to renew their mind to the Word of God and seeing people set free by the power and Word of God.
